Implementation Methodology and Approach

Stage 1: Discovery

  • From the beginning of the project our consultants are focused on understanding your business process both current state in order to derive a future state that makes sense for your business and your users.

Stage 2: Architecture & Design

  • Once we understand your business process and have created the approved future state process, we use that information to design a solution that both fits to your business process and fits within the Oracle Sales Cloud system.

Stage 3: Iterative Configuration

  • We build/configure a version of the aforementioned future state and architecture then let you test it and make changes until it meets the desired business processes while taking advantage of best practices.

Stage 4: Testing & Training

  • Our testing approach provides a thorough way to make sure the system works for your users and there is everything from developer to end-to-end to user acceptance testing. Once testing is complete our training approach provides you the ability to train your own users or allow us to train your end-users. We also provide administrator training to make you as self-sufficient as you need.

Stage 5: Go-Live

  • During the week of go-live, we are working very closely with the internal project and program managers resolving issues as users get into the system and begin using it and as they come up.

Stage 6: Post Go-Live

  • We also provide a week of support the week after go-live allowing you our consultant’s time to continue to resolve, explain and review issues. We also include 30, 60 and 90-day reviews after go-live to make sure all is going well.
